About Ericka
Ericka Spradley is a 5x Author and nationally recognized Career Management Strategist with over a decade of experience as a career development leader. She’s a former retail manager, College and Career Readiness Adjunct Professor, and banking professional with direct industry experience from Wells Fargo and Wachovia Bank.
Over a span of 14 years, she served in business operations, leadership roles, including Financial Center Manager and Women’s Team Member Network support, and as a Client Service Consultant. This collective leadership experience, combined with her degree in Management and a concentration in Human Resources, has contributed to a comprehensive understanding of how institutions evaluate talent, performance, and advancement.
